Lead Collection action allows your AI agent to:

Setting Up Lead Collection

  1. Enable Action: Go to Actions tab and enable "Lead Collection"
  2. Define Fields: Select which information to capture
  3. Set Triggers: Define when to ask for contact info (e.g., after pricing question)
  4. Configure Storage: Choose where to send leads (CRM, email, database)
  5. Qualify Criteria: Set rules for lead scoring
  6. Test Flow: Verify collection process in Playground
