Usage

Usage shows how many credits your agents have used and what is left in your plan. Open Usage in the main account menu.

At the top

  • Agent selector: view all agents together, or pick one.
  • Date range: choose Start Date and End Date and click Apply. It starts at the day you signed up.
  • Refresh icon to reload the numbers.

The circles at the top show your whole current billing period. The history chart and per-agent breakdown follow your date range.

Credits and agents

  • Credits used shows used against your plan's monthly credits for the current billing period.
  • Agents used shows how many agents you have against your plan.
  • A Quota Warning appears when you near your limit, and Quota Exceeded when you reach it.

Usage history

A bar chart with four views: daily (your chosen dates), weekly (last 12 weeks), monthly (last 12 months) and yearly (monthly bars over three years).

Token usage and cost

Shown once your agents have been used. It lists input tokens, output tokens and total tokens, with an Estimated Cost (AUD).

The cost is an estimate to help you understand your usage. It is not a charge. Your plan's price is on the Plans page.

Storage

Shows how much space your knowledge takes: uploaded files, processed embeddings, and crawled website and text content. Click Calculate Now to refresh it.

Credits per agent

With All agents selected you see each agent's credits for your date range. With one agent selected you see its credits used, average credits per day and credits remaining.

Plans, add-ons and billing

  • Plans: Settings, then Plans. Switch between Monthly and Annual (save 20%). Prices are in Australian dollars (AUD). Click Upgrade to change plan.
  • Add-ons: extras you can add to your plan, such as removing the "Powered by NexChat" footer or extra web searches.
  • Billing: Settings, then Billing. See your current subscription and next billing date, view your billing history and invoices, and open Manage Subscription to update your card or cancel.

Tip: Not sure where credits go? Pick one agent and use the daily view after a busy day. Long conversations and heavy models use more credits.
