General
Agent details
Your Agent ID (with a copy button) and the agent's name. Changing the name also updates the name visitors see.
Business contact details
Enter your Phone number, Email address and a Booking or contact link (it must start with http:// or https://), then click Save contact details.
Your agent shares these when a visitor asks how to reach you and both Lead capture and Human Handoff are off. It never invents contact details. These are the only contact details it is allowed to quote.
Tip: If you want visitors to be able to ask for a callback, turn on Human Handoff or Lead capture instead. Then the agent takes their details for you.
Credits limit
Set a maximum number of credits this agent may use, then click Enable. Turn it off to let the agent use your full plan allowance.
Danger zone
- Delete all conversations: type DELETE to confirm. This is permanent.
- Delete agent: type the agent's exact name to confirm. This removes its knowledge, chat history and settings, and cannot be undone.
